To promote confidence in using the Internet, we at Co-Mar Management are happy to explain what happens to any information you divulge here. The following tells you what kind of information is collected, and how we use that information. If you elect to give Co-Mar Management or any of our business partners information via the Internet – for example, to facilitate correspondence or to place an order – you can rest assured that we and our partners will treat this data conscientiously.

You can access most pages on our Co-Mar Management website without divulging any information about yourself. In those cases where your name, address and/or other business particulars are required the website will advise you of this in advance. This business information will be used to respond to your enquiry and will be stored in our in-house database for future contact. Every time someone visits the Co-Mar Management website, his or her visit generates site-usage data. This data is stored for backup purposes, but could conceivably also be used to identify the visitor (e.g. IP address, date and time, pages viewed). Co-Mar Management analyzes its data only for statistical purposes, to identify trends and to develop new web content.

From time to time we may provide our selected partners (related service organizations and/or affiliated offices of Deutsche Messe AG) with names from our database. In this case, these organizations will be required to uphold our data protection policies. Co-Mar Management will not turn over your data to any unrelated third parties for any other purposes, unless it has your explicit approval to do so.
