Exhibit Options:
There are three main options for exhibiting at DOMOTEX HANNOVER: (1) You rent raw space, then custom build or bring your own exhibit stand (booth) to the show. (2) Or you rent raw space plus a rental system stand (turn-key booth). (3) The third option is a Fair Package—a one-stop shopping that includes the raw space, a turnkey booth and key services for one price. Fair Packages are easy and convenient! With Fair Packages, all you need to bring are your custom graphics, products, marketing materials and personnel. Deutsche Messe does the rest! Exhibit space is allocated based on the individual needs of exhibitors; there are no pre-planned booth sizes or locations. You rent as much space as you need, (minimum stand size is 20m2 which is about 215 square feet), in the hall or display most appropriate for your products. Space allocation in the exhibit halls begins after the official registration deadline has passed. Hall planning takes some time because stand sizes and dimensions are based on exhibitor applications. Once the halls have been planned, confirmations are issued to exhibitors. Confirmations for DOMOTEX 2009 are expected to be distributed beginning in August 2008. Invoices for the cost of exhibit space, and an advance payment for Services will be sent after or with the space confirmation. All payments must be made in Euro (European Union) currency. Confirmed exhibitors will be automatically provided with a password to access the online order system (OBS) for ordering services and submitting catalogue entries, etc.
