Independent exhibiting means you rent raw floor space (called a “stand”) directly from CeBIT show management, then custom build, bring or rent a booth structure. Exhibit space is allocated based on the needs of individual exhibitors; there are no pre-planned booth sizes or locations. You rent as much space as you need (the minimum is 15 square meters or roughly 160 square feet), in the hall or display sector most appropriate for your products.
Once your stand space has been allocated and confirmed you will receive written notification from show management. This notification will include an ident and order number for your company and a password for accessing the Online Order System (OBS). Once logged in to OBS, you can digitally order services for your participation, complete catalogue entries, etc. Independent exhibitors must complete and submit registration forms directly to Deutsche Messe. A processing fee of Euro 300.00 will be automatially invoiced to you, after receipt of your registration. To download registration forms, use the links at the bottom of this page.
