Admission Tickets or Entrance Passes to the Shows
Visitors require an "Entrance Pass" (Admission Ticket) to enter the Hannover Exhibition Grounds—the world's largest. An entrance pass entitles the holder for one-day or all-days admission. Visitors have access to the exhibition grounds from 09:00 a.m. until 06:00 p.m. each day (opening hours on the last day may vary by show). If you intend to leave the grounds and return the same day, you must check-in with the gate supervisor before exiting. Only holders of "all-days" passes may leave and re-enter on the same day. Entrance passes, purchased in advance of the show, from Co-Mar Management, are shipped via Express Post. Delivery takes an average of 2-3 business days to most Canadian centers. Sorry, ticket orders received less than 5 business days before the first day of the show cannot be processed because delivery prior to the show cannot be assured. In this case, we recommend you purchase an Entrance Pass online* or on-site on arrival at the exhibition grounds. *if applicable. Travel packages provided by our travel partner, The Traveldesk (see Travel + Accommodation) typically include the price of a full season Entrance Pass (all days) for many of the shows - ask for details when booking. Exhibitor Entrance Passes
Exhibitors also require passes to enter the exhibition grounds during the run of the show. A quantity of Exhibitor Passes are provided free of charge to all registered exhibitors, based on the stand size. Exhibitors can purchase additional passes by using the form supplied in the Service Offer (Online Order System - OBS+). Exhibitors have access to the halls from 07:00 a.m. each day during the run of the show. Exhibitors may be asked to show their passes to Security Personnel upon entering their specific hall. No passes are required during set-up and tear-down periods (with the exception of DOMOTEX HANNOVER, where special rules apply).

Printed show catalogues are available two or three weeks prior to the event and can be ordered directly from the publishers in Germany or purchased during the show at most entrances and on-site kiosks. For information on ordering a printed version of the show catalogue, please visit the individual show website for details, costs, method of payment, etc. If you plan to attend the show, purchasing a catalogue on-site is the most cost effective option. Shipping charges to North America can be quite expensive.
Lists of exhibitors from the last event and a preliminary list of exhibitors for the upcoming event are available from the individual show websites. About four to six weeks prior to opening, the entire show catalogue (with company profiles, product listings, etc.) is also available online. Click on the menu item “Exhibitors + Products” on the left-hand side of the Home Page of the individual show to search for information on registered exhibitors. Then follow the prompts to search by company name, hall, product or country. If you use the online registration feature and register at the website you will be able to download the results of searches and use other features to help you plan your company visits during the show.
